Personal settings can be managed by selecting “Profile” from the left side menu.

You can edit your displayed name, email address and update your password.
Two factor authentication
Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your jobpal account. Once enabled, each time you login you will also be prompted to enter a code which is generated by your smartphone. The setup of 2FA might be optional or mandatory based on your company's global settings.
Notifications
The system can be configured to send you email notifications in case new applications received or the chatbot is unable to respond a candidate's question.
