Implementation
To implement the Facebook Messenger chatbot, we need a few crucial elements:
Your Facebook page.
Each chatbot has to be connected to the active (meaning, : published) page. We can connect to the already existing page (keep in mind that chatbot will replace the current CTA button in the top right corner of your page), or create a brand new page for you (you will be responsible for the visual appearance and content of that page). To make sure that you can deploy your chatbot without problems, we always create a Test/Staging version of the chatbot on Facebook.Admin access.
jobpal requires an admin access account to your Facebook page to establish and maintain a connection to your chatbot. Your Implementation Manager will guide you in this process. Removing the admin rights of the user will immediately break the connection and chatbot will not be available anymore to your users.
